Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. All clients must keep a credit card on file in the salon booking software to secure their appointment. No-call or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment(s). If regular cancelations occur, our business relationship may be at risk. This policy is in place to protect my livelihood and keep the holistic hair practice alive. However, I am human and understand Montana's weather sensitivity and the ever-occurring cold and flu season. No fees will be charged if our appointment is rescheduled and communicated immediately.
